Refund Policy
We strive to make each TableGrace experience meaningful for you and your family. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time with no additional charges.
For 5-Cycle Subscriptions (customers are charged at the beginning of each 9-week booklet cycle)
Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for future cycles. However, please note that any booklet already shipped at the time of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund under the cancellation policy.
For Annual Subscriptions (customers charged once per year, from your subscription date)
Cancellations take effect immediately and you will not be charged for future cycles. If you choose to cancel prior to the annual renewal period, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any unshipped booklets. For example, if you cancel after two of the five periods within our subscription year, we will refund the price of the remaining three booklets within your subscription.
Pricing adjustments for the received booklets may apply, which would impact the refunded amount due to customers based on annual subscription booklets being sold at a discounted price. This is not a penalty for cancellation of the annual subscription. It is an adjustment on the pricing of the booklets previously received as part of the annual subscription, but not honored as a subscription for the entire year, as based by the customer's subscription date.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, and we will be apply to assist with a replacement. Damaged orders may require digital documentation, typically in the form of a photograph, as part of the replacement process.
